The Perfect Gift & Where To Buy It

Two words, custom jewellery. No matter the occasion this gift always works and it's surprisingly affordable too!

My go to brand is J&S jewellery who some of you may recognise from my Youtube channel. They previously sent me some items to show in a video and since then I've continued to be a paying customer. Yep that's right, from gifted to happily fully paying. If that one sentence isn't a glowing review in itself I don't know what is.

Now I know what you're thinking... Jaydee you only like this brand because it's your initials lol. OK fine I'll admit that helps, but it's not the only reason by far. Their designs are right up my street! Cute dainty jewellery that's customisable, affordable and unique. Each of my friends who've ordered have been happy with their purchase and J&S wrap things so adorably that I've never had to re wrap anything before giving it to people.

This time round I was buying for my mum because yesterday in England was Mothers Day. I chose the compass necklace because I wanted to give her something that represented family. Our family consists of my mum, two sisters and I so this 4 name design was perfect. On the back each of our names is engraved and on the front is our corresponding birthstone. I also made sure to make mum the north point to represent her being the parent and the guidance of the family.

Personally I'm really into gem stones and loved that I could incorporate them into this. My mum and older sister are both born in September, meaning a double dose of Sapphire which represents truth and wisdom. My younger sisters born in October which is Rose and represents hope and creativity, whilst my May stone Emerald represents joy and love. Overall this necklace represents guidance, family, truth, wisdom, hope, creativity, joy and love. Plus it's something she can keep with her everyday. If that's not the perfect mum gift I don't know what is!

Before I finish this post we need to take moment to appreciate the card I got her this year. Mum says she's not a card person so I get her one anyway and take this opportunity to exercise my sarcasm.
